About
The Rental Assistance Program (RAP)
The Mobile Home Park Rental Assistance Program is currently providing rental assistance to qualified needy, low-income mobile home owners across multiple states with several mobile home parks are currently participating in the program.
If you are Mobile Home Owner and would like more information on the program, please check our Application page or read our newsletter.
Serving Low-Income Mobile Home Owners
The program mirrors the Federal Government Section 8 Rental Assistance Program, utilizing the same income criteria and general guidelines. The only exception to this privately funded program is that the applicant’s housing costs must exceed 40% of the household income instead of Section 8’s 30% requirement.
Program Launch
The Mobile Home Park Rental Assistance Program launched in 2013 as the Oregon Mobile Home Park Rental Assistance. Through the years, the program has expanded to other states such as Washington and Colorado. To see if your state is participating in our program, click here.
